Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made within 5 business days before the date of delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee or a $15.00 minimum restocking/cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made after the items have been loaded on to the truck will incur a 50% restocking/cancellation fee.
  • Changes can be made prior to the 5 business days before the date of delivery for no additional charge. Rental items can be added within the 5 business days before the date of delivery for no additional charge as long as it can be added to the truck. Please note all trucks are loaded the day before delivery.
  • All special order items are non-refundable.

 

Utilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to properly mark underground utilities before tent staking begins. A contact person should be on site to show the installation crew the location of the tent. If a tent must be moved once it has been installed, additional labor charges will apply.

Stakes are driven up to 4ft. into the ground. If you do not know the locations of your utility lines you must call No Cuts 800-432-4770 at least 72 hours prior to delivery for the location and marking of your lines.

TentLogix is not responsible for any utility, pool, or sprinkler lines that may be damaged during installation or breakdown of equipment.

 

Deliveries

Delivery times are between 8am to 4pm Monday through Saturday. Deliveries are routed the morning before your scheduled delivery date, and trucks are loaded during the day before your delivery date. Any specific, special, or after hour delivery times will incur additional charges.

Should the customer not be available at the time of delivery or pickup, TentLogix will place the equipment around the location with as much protection as possible. Any tenting will be placed in a proximity to where the customer has requested to the best of our ability.

Should TentLogix, have to return to any location for delivery/pickup, due to no fault of TentLogix, an additional charge will apply.

In an effort to facilitate the delivery process, all deliveries will require full payment prior to delivery.
